The City of Ottawa has some rules for how you celebrate the Victoria Day weekend, at least when it comes to fireworks. If you want to see a show put on by the professionals, we have you covered.
For the second year in a row, there won't be a fireworks display at Mooney's Bay Park. The Riverside Park Recreation and Community Association said there weren't enough volunteers to safely hold the event this year.
